Edward brings a dynamic perspective shaped by his extensive experience in the non-profit sector and with an international organization. His diverse background has honed his skills in adaptability, cross-cultural communication and strategic problem-solving, enabling him to manage complex projects and unite teams across varying backgrounds.

Edward holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Towson University, with a concentration in Human Resources Management. His passion lies in empowering individuals and teams to reach their full potential, cultivating an environment where employees feel supported, valued and motivated to succeed. Outside of the office, Edward enjoys hiking, reading and spending quality time with his family.
