Brandi is passionate about motivating her team, fostering professional skill growth, and aligning daily operations with broader organizational goals. She believes that celebrating achievements and recognizing individual contributions are key to building a solution-oriented and high-performing department.

Outside of work, Brandi enjoys spending time with her teenage son and two dogs. A fan of live music and the outdoors, you can find her exploring new trails or relaxing at the beach. She also embraces sustainability in her everyday life through repurposing and thrifting.

Brandi finds purpose in helping PEG deliver energy-efficient solutions that support both homeowners and the environment, and takes pride in being part of a mission-driven team.
