Our Service Offerings
Energy and Product Modeling
Product modeling is the process of simulating how a specific building product (such as insulation, windows, HVAC equipment, or framing systems) will perform in a real-world home or building before it is installed. Using advanced energy modeling software, we create a “digital twin” of a home with and without the product in place, allowing us to compare side-by-side performance outcomes.
Code and Program Compliance
We model the plan with conservative but spec-accurate assumptions (least efficient orientation, longest duct runs, typical workmanship tolerances) to establish a true baseline against code/ENERGY STAR/green criteria. That baseline can be built using builder-confirmed specifications where available, or, if details are not yet finalized, with market-specific code assumptions to ensure accuracy and comparability.”
