Job Purpose:

Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, and execution of our National Energy Rebate Programs. Coordinate completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and implementation of project

Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables

Define project tasks and resource requirements

Develop full scale project plans

Manage project resource allocation

Plan and schedule project timelines

Track project deliverables using appropriate tools

Quality assurance

Constantly monitor client and report on progress of the project to supervisor

Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions

Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs

Project evaluations and assessment of results

Organize and control all data through Excel and Share-Point

Interface with Operations, Owners, and Subcontractors to discuss impact of work and resolution of problems.


Experience with construction and/or energy efficiency code compliance is not required but is a PLUS

Ability to read, write, and comprehend technical instructions

Ability to effectively communicate with other disciplines or groups

Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills

Excellent reporting skills, attention to detail, deadline-oriented, and time management skills

Must have strong software experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)


Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Environmental Science, or related field

Training will be provided and is required for this position.

Salary: $35,000.00 /year
